Guaranteed Live
All animals shipped from us are guaranteed live on arrival. If any animal arrives dead please contact us within 48 hours, failing to do so will result in no refund or exchange.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. All orders will be verified before shipped. Any order that has not been paid for in full will not be shipped until all money is accounted for.
Shipping
All animals will be shipped via FedEx and require you or someone else to be there to sign for the package. No live animals will be left at door. Any order that has not been signed for or picked up in 48 hours will be up to FedEx to return to us. No money will be refunded either.
We currently do not ship Internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.
Returns & DOA's
If you decide to return your live reptile you are responsible for the cost of shipping as well as a 5% restocking fee. If your order comes in not alive call us or email us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please do not discard the reptile. You must keep the animal in order to receive your refund or new animal.
